The Shipping Policy

At Yana Ethnics, we are committed to delivering your products with efficiency and care. Please review our shipping policy for detailed information regarding shipping times, costs, and other important aspects of our delivery process.

1. Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery in such cases.
  • You will receive a notification via email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (within The Netherlands):

  • Standard Shipping: €7.50 | Delivery time: 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: €12.50 | Delivery time: 1-2 business days

International Shipping:

  • Standard International Shipping: €14.50*[qty] | Delivery time: 7-14 business days
  • Express International Shipping: €22*[qty] | Delivery time: 3-5 business days

Note: Delivery times and rates are estimates and may vary depending on your location and potential delays from customs for international orders.

3. Shipping Restrictions
  • We currently ship to addresses in Europe, UK and select international destinations.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
4. Shipment Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your order directly through the courier’s website.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, Yana Ethnics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Yana Ethnics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address you enter is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect shipping information. If an incorrect address was entered, please contact us immediately to correct it before your order is processed.
