Returns

If you wish to return a product, please review the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.

    Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if your order was damaged or if you received the wrong product. In such cases, you may return the items exactly as they were received – unworn and in their original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as personalized or custom-made products, undergarments, and sale items are not eligible for returns.

  • Return not possible in following conditions:
    • Used Product Returns: If a product has been used and later returned with the complaint of dissatisfaction, we regret to inform you that such returns will not be accepted.

    • Return Notification: We kindly ask that any return requests be communicated to us within 3 business days of receiving the product. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns if we are notified beyond this timeframe.

    • Delivery Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or outdated delivery addresses provided by the customer.

    • PO Box Addresses: Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or any other incomplete address formats. Kindly ensure accurate and valid delivery information.

    • Failed Delivery Attempts: If our courier partner makes 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will be unable to process any further delivery attempts, and the package will be returned.

    • Package Refusal: Should the recipient refuse the package upon delivery, we are unable to accommodate any return or refund requests.

    • Sizing Issues: We encourage all customers to review our size guides thoroughly before placing an order, as we do not accept returns for sizing discrepancies.

    • Condition of Returned Products: Products returned in a used or damaged condition will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

  • Return Process:

    1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at [email/contact form link].
    2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item(s).
    3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon receipt.
Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your bank or credit card provider.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted for:

    • Items not in original condition or missing parts
    • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
